Terms of Membership
By joining Justice Babes, you gain access to the website and its content for
the time block purchased. Membership does not mean you have been granted
copyright of any of the content contained within. You may look, and download
images to your computer for offline viewing, but you may not give, sell,
print, or redistribute any of the content. All material on the site is © &
tm 2006 Jeff Whiting and Ronald Trang, unless otherwise noted.
Memberships are non-refundable, so be sure you understand what you are
signing up for before you join! You may cancel your membership at anytime.
Please read your Welcome email message for cancellation information.
Your account and password are for you, and you alone! Sharing, selling, or
giving away your username and password is prohibited (and downright rude).
Also, re-distribution of members area material on the Internet, Usenet, BBS
or other archive collections, will cause your account to be immediately
terminated with no refund, and legal action taken if necessary.
We are not responsible for browser problems, poor connections, or Internet
service outages that may interfere with individual members' ability to
access this site.
Our database of members are kept private, and will not be sold or given to
anyone outside of the individuals who maintain the site. The membership
database will not be used to generate electronic or hardcopy mailing lists
for use in advertising. Users are kept anonymous, and we will not give out
the names of individual members without their express permission. Bottomline is:
WE HATE SPAM!
Some of the content in the Justice Babes members area contains nudity,
profanity, and/or violence, and is intended for a mature, consenting
audience. To purchase a membership, you must be of legal age to view such
material in the area in which you live. We are not responsible for minors
posing as adults.
JusticeBabes members who are with the site for more then 30 days will be
considered Loyal Members and will be rewarded with additional content
in our Loyal Members section. Certain updates on our website are for Loyal Members
only. New members as well as Trial members will get access to the content
in our "MAIN CONTENT" section.
